Virginia Miller
Vice President of Operations
Virginia Miller serves as the Vice President of Operations at CTX ProScapes, where she has dedicated over seven years to advancing the organization’s operational excellence and strategic growth. With more than 20 years of comprehensive experience in business administration and management within the construction industry, Virginia brings a wealth of knowledge and proven leadership to her role.
Her expertise spans operational strategy, project management, financial oversight, and team development, allowing her to drive efficiency and deliver consistent results across all areas of the business. Highly adept in leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity, she maintains a forward-thinking, results-oriented approach that aligns with both client needs and organizational objectives.

Steve Sanchez
Vice President of Residential Construction
Steven Sanchez currently serves as the Vice President of Residential Construction at CTX ProScapes. With over five years of experience in the landscaping industry and fifteen years of prior management experience, he brings a wealth of expertise to his role. As a native of Central Texas, Mr. Sanchez is committed to serving the local community and is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
Jon Pixler
Vice President of Maintenance
Jon Pixler became interested in horticulture in high school, working on lawn maintenance and landscape installation in The Woodlands, TX. He earned a bachelor’s degree in horticultural science from Texas A&M University in 2008 and studied public horticulture in the Longwood Gardens Fellowship Program at the University of Delaware. With over 20 years of experience in horticulture and landscape management, Jon has worked in both public and private sectors. He specializes in estimating costs, building teams, and managing large-scale landscape maintenance. For the past 15 years, Jon has been in central Texas, where he built a team at CTX Proscapes to provide quality maintenance for commercial and multifamily properties. He has expertise in native Texas and drought-tolerant plants. Additionally, he is a certified commercial pesticide applicator and knowledgeable in fertilizers, herbicides, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM). His experience includes landscape management, design, installation, irrigation systems, and nursery management.
